Terms & Conditions
This terms and conditions regulate the legal relationship between Zeus Hotels & Resorts and Members, the participation in the Zeus Rewards loyalty program and the manner of accruing and then redeeming Zeus Rewards Points. Zeus Hotels & Resorts may unilaterally amend these Terms & Conditions at its own discretion at any time and without prior notice. Zeus Hotels & Resorts will inform Members of any change to the Terms & Conditions by publishing them in every subsequent version of this document. As part of the Zeus Rewards loyalty program, Zeus Hotels & Resorts hereby informs the Members of the rules, terms and conditions for accruing Zeus Rewards Points and then redeeming them for available services. Rules governing accrual and redemption of Zeus Rewards Points are established exclusively by Zeus Hotels & Resorts. Zeus Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to unilaterally change the above information at any time, without prior notice. In such case, these changes shall be immediately notified to Member through the www.zeusintl.com website and related printed materials. The Zeus Rewards loyalty program shall be invalid in the event it is prohibited or restricted by law. Zeus Hotels & Resorts is entitled, at its own discretion and without prior notice, to void all Zeus Rewards Points, offers and even Member status in the event a Member violates the Zeus Rewards loyalty program's rules of proper functioning.
1. Definitions
- 'Zeus Hotel' is any hotel managed by Zeus Hotels & Resorts.
- 'Zeus Rewards' is the Loyalty programme of Zeus Hotels & Resorts.
- 'Member' is a person who has completed an official registration and accepted Zeus Rewards Terms & Conditions.
- 'Zeus Rewards Card' or 'Card' is the membership card issued by Zeus Hotels & Resorts to a person who is a Member of the Zeus Rewards.
- 'Zeus Rewards Points' or 'Points' are the reward currency earned by using the Zeus Rewards Card.
- 'Benefits' are the amenities and services provided to members as a benefit of membership.
- 'Redemption' is a form of payment using Zeus Rewards Points as a tender to acquire goods and services defined by the Zeus Rewards.
2. Program overview
The Zeus Rewards Program is offered exclusively by Zeus International Hotels & Resorts only for its guests. The programme is designed to thank and reward members of Zeus Rewards for choosing our hotels & resorts for their holidays and enable them explore the benefits outlined on the sections below. Membership is personal and is available only to individuals aged 18 years or older. Each Member may only maintain one personal membership. The loyalty card is free of charge, nominative and strictly personal and cannot be transferred or assigned by a Member to any third party. The Membership and Zeus Rewards Points are voided automatically in the event of the Member's death.
3. Membership
Membership in the Zeus Rewards is free of charge and is available to any individual over the age of 18 who is legally permitted to participate in the Zeus Rewards programme and agree to the Zeus Rewards Terms, provides valid and accurate personal information when enrolling in the Zeus Rewards and is not a member of the travel trade and associated companies.
The member may terminate membership by sending an email, signed by the member, in the attention of the Zeus Rewards head offices. Membership will be terminated immediately upon receipt of such e-mail. All unredeemed Zeus Rewards Points will be forfeited immediately and will not be reinstated or transferred. Zeus Hotels & Resorts may accept or reject any application for participation at its own discretion.
4. Tiers
Zeus Rewards unfolds in four tiers - White, Bronze, Silver and Gold - each respectively rewarding our loyal members. Members can upgrade to the next tier by accumulating the minimum required number of nights or points. Minimum requirements for each tier are outlined below.

5. Cards
The Zeus Rewards membership is available only to individuals, not companies, partnerships, associations, groups, or other entities.
The Zeus Rewards Card is not transferable. It can only be used by the cardholder. The Zeus Rewards Card is a property of Zeus Hotels & Resorts who reserves the right to withdraw or cancel or replace it with a card of the same or different Tier. The card is not a credit card and cannot be used as an identification. In case of loss, theft or destruction of the card, the Member should immediately notify Zeus Hotels & Resorts by calling at +30 216 800 9900 or by completing the re-issue card application online at zeusintl.com.
Each issued Zeus Rewards Card has an exclusive membership number.
Zeus Hotels & Resorts may refuse membership without a given reason.
The White Card is issued upon registration, and it is valid until the member reaches Bronze status. The Bronze Card is issued when the member has stayed 1 room night or has collected 2,000 points and is valid until the member reaches Silver status. The Silver Card is issued when the member has stayed 8 room nights or has collected 50,000 points and until the Member reaches Gold status. The Gold Card is issued when the member has stayed 15 room nights or has collected 100,000 points. The Card Categories are valid for life unless differently specified.
6. Benefits
The Zeus Rewards Benefits are provided to our members based on their tier status. Members' Benefits are subject to availability and are subject to change. Only the cardholder Member is entitled to the benefits associated with the loyalty card.
6.1 Priority check-in
An advanced note must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to member's arrival.

7. Point collection
Every stay with us is an opportunity to collect points and tailor members' reservation to their preferences. By choosing to book their stay directly with us at www.zeusintl.com, members may unlock our rewarding point system and collect 10 points for each euro spent at our hotels & resorts.
7.1 Types of Loyalty Points
There are two types of Loyalty Points:
- Tier Points are credited for each eligible transaction and cannot be redeemed. Status Points reflect the Tier category of the Member.
- Base Points are credited for each eligible transaction by the Member and can be redeemed, as per the redemption scheme.
7.2 Presentation of Card
To receive points, members must present a valid Zeus Rewards Card [through the mobile application] to the Hotel Reception at the time of check-in.
7.3 Members' account
Members may view their Zeus Rewards Points by logging in with the account details in the Zeus Rewards website www.zeusintl.com. After every transaction, the Zeus Rewards member is responsible to check the accuracy of the numbers of points earned.
7.4 One card per room
Points will be credited only to one card for each room bill. The points will be credited to the main name on the reservation. Members will not earn points when making a reservation for another person even if the reservation is in the Member's name.
7.5 Eligible charges
Eligible accommodation charges are all room bookings made directly with the hotel's reservations department or through hotels website www.zeusintl.com.
Zeus Rewards Points are earned by the member on additional rooms if the member is staying at the same hotel at the same time for a maximum number of two [2] rooms per visit and all rooms are reserved and registered in the Member's name.
7.6 Non-eligible charges
Non-eligible accommodation rates that don't receive any points are defined as Airline crew and agreed static Corporate rates, Travel industry employee rates, Group bookings (including reservations for over 10 rooms, conference, corporate events), Barter, complimentary and redemption (free) stays.
7.7 Missing Points
If a Member wishes to claim Points from previous stays at any Zeus International Hotels & Resorts, the Member must do so within twelve months from date of any Hotel visit, by email to zeusrewards@zeusintl.com with a copy of the bill for which the Member did not receive the correct number of Points, or by submitting a claim form on the Loyalty Portal. Failure to supply the adequate documentation may result in the denial of such Points' credit. Program reserves the right to decline any retroactive Points requests.
8. Point redemption
Points can be easily redeemed for free nights. Redemption of points through the Zeus Rewards programme operates on a dynamic points system that is aligned with the real time room rates. Please check Zeus Rewards official web site portal for current redemptions options. Redemption is subject to availability which may limit offering all products and services offered by Zeus Rewards or any of Zeus Rewards Partners. Redemption may also be limited during certain times of the year.
8.1 Registered member
Zeus Rewards Points may only be redeemed by the registered Member for Redemption Vouchers as specified by Zeus Hotels & Resorts.
8.2 Redemption Points
To qualify for redemption, the member must have sufficient Points in their account before the requested redemption date. Points collected during current stays cannot be redeemed.
8.3 Points not exchangeable
Zeus Rewards Points are not exchangeable for cash; they can only be used in exchange for Redemption Points.
8.4 Declined Redemption
Zeus Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to decline a Redemption if the correct procedure is not followed.
8.5 Transaction Date
Zeus Rewards Points are deducted from the member's account on the day that the Redemption transaction is made.
8.6 Validity
Redemption points can be used for free nights upon availability on the dates confirmed by the reservations department.
8.7 Fraudulent Use
Redemption activities believed to have been bartered, sold, exchanged, or issued fraudulently, or issued to someone other than the eligible Zeus Rewards Member, will be void and will not be honored.
8.8 Redemption procedures
8.8.1 Reservations: For redemption reservations, The Member should contact zeusrewards@zeusintl.com, allowing at least 15 working days before the arrival date of the requested visit. The Zeus Rewards head office requires at least 4 working days to process each request. A confirmation email will be sent about the booking from Reservations department. Redemption points can be one night on a minimum of a two nights stay or multiples of that, always on breakfast basis.
8.8.2 Identification: The reservation confirmation must be given to the hotel reception upon arrival. The guest using the Free Stay confirmation may be required at check-in to show proper identification and provide a credit card to the hotel for incidental charges and legal taxes.
8.8.3 Cancellations: The Member must inform Zeus Rewards Headquarters of any cancellations. The standard Zeus Hotels & Resorts cancellation policies will apply to Zeus Rewards reservations - redemptions including, without limitation, based on all minimum length of stay requirements, credit card guarantee requirements and charges for late cancellation, no-shows and early check-out.
8.9 Application Instructions
The Member must send the completed Free Stay Request to the Zeus Rewards head office.
The Zeus Rewards manager will check that the Member has the necessary points.
Depending on hotel availability, the Member will be informed if the requested dates are available.
Once the redemption dates are confirmed, the hotel's reservations department will send a free night confirmation email to the member's registered address.
The Member should not make any reservation or holiday bookings until he/she receives the free night confirmation.
The Member may combine the free night confirmation with a tour operator or direct booking for additional days.
Vouchers cannot be used as part of an existing/confirmed booking.
8.10 Hotel extra consumptions
The offer does not include extra charges in the hotel [extra meals, drinks, telephone etc.], reservations or airport transfers.
8.11 Benefits & Points during free stay
All Zeus Rewards Benefits are valid during the free stay. Accommodation Points will not be credited during a free stay.
8.12 Non-exchangeable
Free night redemption confirmations cannot be redeemed for cash or refunds at any hotel or with any third party [including travel agent, tour operator].
8.13 Contact
All Free redemption bookings must be made through the Zeus Rewards head office.
The sale or barter of any Zeus Rewards points, awards & redemptions or other card benefits is prohibited.
9. Cancellation of membership
Zeus International Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to decline to issue or withdraw Zeus Rewards membership at any time and to terminate the validity of the Zeus Rewards membership benefits at any time. Cancellation of membership will result in the loss of all accumulated Points.
10. Card cancellation
Cancellation of the card, due to fraudulent use, will result in the immediate cancellation of all points accumulated by the holder. The holder will not be entitled under any circumstances to claim compensation.
11. Programme termination date
The Zeus Rewards programme has no predetermined termination date and may continue until such time as Zeus International Hotels & Resorts decides to terminate it, giving one (1) month's prior written notice to Members. The Zeus Rewards programme accepts no responsibility for any points that remain in members' accounts after such termination.
In the event of Zeus International Hotels & Resorts bankruptcy, buy-out, merger, or winding up in any manner, the Zeus Rewards programme shall be automatically cancelled, and all Member and accrued Zeus Rewards Points shall be voided. As such, Zeus International Hotels & Resorts shall thereafter no longer be liable to Members, nor will Members be able to raise any claims against Zeus International Hotels & Resorts.
12. Program changes
Zeus International Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to amend, update or change any aspect pertaining to the Zeus Rewards including the Terms & Conditions, at any time in whole or in part without advising members. Members are responsible for remaining knowledgeable of Zeus Rewards Terms and any changes, modifications, or additions to Zeus Rewards.
13. Program corrections
Zeus Rewards reserves the right to change the printed or electronic form offers at any time and to correct any typographical errors, errors of description, or errors regarding participating properties at any time, without informing members.
14. Printed information & website
All details mentioned on the website supersede anything appearing in any printed or other material of Zeus Rewards and form part of these Conditions of Membership.
15. Fraudulent activity
If a member suspects or learns of any fraudulent activity related to their Member account, including, without limitation, unauthorized redemption or transfer of Zeus Rewards Points, the member must report the fraudulent activity within 60 days of it occurring to the Zeus Rewards Head Office via email zeusrewards@zeusintl.com.
Credit or debit of any Points in question to the member will be at Zeus Hotels & Resorts' sole discretion. The Zeus Rewards reserves the right to cancel any Membership account that has been registered using fraudulent details.
16. Member's security
When a member contacts the Zeus Rewards representatives, for security reasons Zeus International Hotels & Resorts may request date of birth and/or other information to verify the member's identity.
17. Availability at Hotels
Members are responsible to check with the relevant Zeus International Hotel for the availability of any special offer that could affect the enjoyment of their visit or any additional benefits valid for that property. All services, amenities and benefits are subject to availability and subject to the terms and conditions of each Participating Hotel. Zeus International Hotels & Resorts may update benefits shown as available or credited to a member at any time.
All Benefits, Awards and Redemptions are subject to availability.
18. Contact Details
Any correspondence sent to members is based on the contact details provided to Zeus International Hotels & Resorts. Each member is responsible for updating his/her information on the official website, in writing to the Zeus Rewards Membership Services office or at any Participating Hotel.
19. Interpretation of Terms
All interpretations of these Terms & Conditions of Membership shall be at the sole discretion of Zeus International Hotels & Resorts.
20. Legal Jurisdiction
These Conditions of Membership are governed by the laws of and are applicable in the Republic of Greece. In the event of any dispute, the Member agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens.
21. Zeus Rewards communication
By completing the registration form and becoming a member, you provide your consent to Zeus International Hotels & resorts to send you promos, related marketing materials and mailings. The cardholder may withdraw this consent to receive promotional communications at any time by contacting the sender at zeusrewards@zeusintl.com.
22. Privacy Policy & Data Processing
Members personal data are gathered, filed and processed by the Zeus Hotels & Resorts exclusively for the purposes of the Zeus Rewards Program according to the applicable laws.
Members have the right at any time of access and learn about the content of their personal data or object to any further processing of their data according to applicable laws. The Member gives his explicit consent to Zeus Hotels & Resorts to use his e-mail address to send him updates, newsletters or offers relating to its Zeus Rewards. The Member has the right to opt for a removal of his/her address from the Zeus Rewards mailing list and have his/her details deleted from the database at any time, upon written notification to the e-mail zeusrewards@zeusintl.com.
23. Liability to Members
Miscellaneous Zeus International Hotels & Resorts liability to Members in relation to the Zeus Rewards programme is limited. Zeus International Hotels & Resorts is in no way liable, even for negligence, for any loss or damage (direct or consequential) resulting from the use and implementation of the Zeus Rewards programme. In all events, any liability on Zeus International Hotels & Resorts part, whether contractual, tortuous or otherwise, to compensate Members for damages, losses, costs or expenses resulting from any action or omission, shall be limited only to crediting anew to the Member's Card any Zeus Rewards Points corresponding to the contested special offer. Zeus International Hotels & Resorts accepts no liability for any consequential damages.
Zeus International Hotels & Resorts shall not be liable for any loss, delay or damage, direct or indirect, which may be caused using a Zeus Rewards programme 's special offer, provided that in such case, the provider of the offer is a third party and not Zeus International Hotels & Resorts. Such liability lies exclusively with the third-party provider of the offer.
Zeus International Hotels & Resorts is not liable for any harm or damage to Members or third parties as a result of submission of false or inaccurate Member personal data.
Members are required to notify Zeus International Hotels & Resorts in writing of any changes to their personal data (name, surname, address, etc.).
Zeus International Hotels & Resorts is not liable for any errors, omissions or alterations of the text or contents of the Terms upon printing of this document or any other Program-related documents.
