Can I register only during my stay?

You can register online at any time. If you join before or during your stay, and certainly before you check out, the points from that translated visit will be credited to your account.

How can I check my Account?

• Log into your account at https://zeusintl.com/my-account.

• The 'Overview' page will show your Points balance, Membership Tier, and Card information.

• Update your address, mobile number, date of birth, and citizenship on the 'My Profile' page. For changes to your email or name, please reach out to us at zeuswonders@zeusintl.com.

• Use the 'My Preferences' tab to tailor your experience and share what you enjoy most.

• The 'Activity' section allows you to review your transaction history and upcoming reservations.

How can I get the most out of my Zeus Wonders membership?

To fully embrace the benefits of your membership, consider staying with us often to earn points and redeem free nights. We also encourage you to follow us on social media and stay updated with the latest news and offers.

How can I receive my Zeus Wonders Card?

Your Zeus Wonders Loyalty Card exists solely in a digital format. To add your points seamlessly, simply present the virtual version found in your loyalty account at the Hotel's reception.

When does my Zeus Wonders membership card expire?

Your membership remains valid indefinitely, as long as you stay active and engaged.

I seem to have multiple Zeus Wonders cards under my name. How should I proceed?

How can I earn points for My Stays?

To earn points, ensure your reservation is made with the same name and email address linked to your Loyalty Programme membership. There are two ways to accumulate points, depending on your booking method.

• If you book directly through our portal https://zeusintl.com, your points will reflect your tier and the net amount spent in euros (excluding VAT & taxes).

• For those who reserve through our partners, points can be earned per night based on the hotel category and season, independent of the amount spent. For more details, refer to clause 7.0 in our Terms and Conditions https://zeusintl.com/terms-and-conditions.

How long will it take for my points to be posted on my Account after a stay?

Kindly allow 48 hours from your departure date for your points to appear in your Account.

I didn't receive my points for my stay, what can I do?

You can request 'Missing Points' by accessing your account with your Zeus Wonders Membership number and Reservation number, or by contacting us at zeuswonders@zeusintl.com.

Can I earn points for multiple rooms booked under my name?

Typically, points are awarded for one room per stay. However, if a second room is occupied by your children under 18, points may also be granted for that room.

I've stayed with you before. Am I able to have those past stays added to my points balance?

Unfortunately, points for stays completed prior to your membership activation cannot be added to your Account.

Can two members earn points under the same booking?

Only the member whose name appears as the leader on the booking can earn points for that reservation.

How can I redeem my points?

To begin, sign in to your Account and select the 'Redeem' option. This will guide you through the Free Night booking process, where you can choose your desired dates, hotel, and room type based on availability and your point balance. The Zeus Wonders program utilizes a dynamic points system that reflects real-time room rates. If I redeem points for my reservation, will I earn points for this stay as well?

Only stays that are paid for qualify for earning points.

I want to redeem my points for a 3-night stay, but I only have enough points for 1 night. What should I do?

You may use your points for any nights that your balance fully covers. Combining points with euros is not possible. Therefore, you can redeem points for the first night and then make a separate reservation for the following nights, which will be paid in euros.

Will redeeming my points affect my Tier level?

Your Tier level remains intact, as it is determined solely by the accumulation of Tier Points. Only Base Points are deducted when you redeem for free nights, so your Tier level will not change.

Why was my request for a free night declined?

• There was no room availability for the requested dates.

• Your account is inactive; reactivation requires another visit to one of our hotels.

Can I use my points to book a room for someone else?

Points and membership are intended solely for the registered member and are not transferable or shareable.
