How can I join Zeus Wonders?
Membership in our Loyalty Programme is free! Become a member by visiting our portal https://www.zeusintl.com/zeus-wonders & clicking on JOIN NOW button, or download our App.
Who can become a member?
To participate, individuals must be above 18 years old and have a valid, active email.
What are the benefits of becoming a Zeus Wonders member?
Zeus Wonders members can enjoy special rates and offers with a range of different privileges available according to their membership tier. Please refer to Zeus Wonders Benefits for more details.
Can I register only during my stay ?
Registration is available online at any time. If you become a member before or while staying with us and certainly before check out, the points from that first stay will be credited to your account.

How can I get the most out of my Zeus Wonders membership?
To maximise the value of your membership, stay frequently in our properties to earn points and redeem your free nights. You are also recommended to follow us on social media and check regularly for the latest news and offers.
How can I receive my Zeus Wonders Card?
Your Zeus Wonders Loyalty Card is available exclusively in virtual form. To ensure your points are added to your account, simply show the digital version, which you can find in your loyalty account, to the Hotel's reception.
When does my Zeus Wonders membership card expire?
Your card or membership do not expire, unless you remain inactive for a long period of time.
I seem to have multiple Zeus Wonders card under my name. How should I proceed?

How can I earn points for My Stays?
Members are required to make their reservation under the same name and email address used to join the Loyalty Programme. You have two options for earning points, depending on how you make your booking with us.
• Guests who booked their stay directly at our portal https://zeusintl.com, can earn points according to their tier and amount spent in euros (net amount, excluding VAT & taxes).
• Guests who booked their stay through our partners, can accumuate points per night based on hotel category and seasonality, regardless of the amount spent. Please see clause 7.0 in our Terms and Conditions for further details https://zeusintl.com/terms-and-conditions.
How long will it take for my points to get posted on my Account after a stay?
Please allow 48 hours from your departure date for your points to be posted to your Account.
I didn't receive my points for my stay, what can I do?
Access your account to request 'Missing Points' with your Zeus Wonders Membership number and Reservation number or reach out to us at zeuswonders@zeusintl.com.
Can I earn points for multiple rooms booked under my name ?
In general, members can earn points for one room during each stay. Only if the second room is used by the member's children under 18, points can be granted for that room as well.
I've stayed with you before. Am I able to have those past stays added to my points balance?
Your Account cannot be updated with points for stays completed before your membership activation.
Can two members earn points under the same booking?
Only one member, the leader's name on the booking, can earn points under the same reservation.
How can I redeem my points?
Sign in to your Account and click the 'Redeem' option. You will be directed to the Free Night booking process, allowing you to reserve your preferred dates, hotel and room type based on availability and your point balance. Redemption of points through the Zeus Wonders program operates on a dynamic points system that is aligned with the real time room rates. I redeemed points for my reservation, will I earn points for this stay as well?
Only paid visits are eligible for earning points.
I'd like to redeem my points for a 3-night stay, but I currently have enough points for only 1 night. How should I proceed with the booking?
You can redeem points for any nights fully covered by your point balance. The use of points in combination with euros is not available. Thus, you may redeem points for the first night and arrange an additional reservation for the subsequent nights, to be settled in euros.
After redeeming my points, will I be downgraded?
The Tier level is maintained exclusively through the acquisition of Tier Points. Base Points are the only points deducted when redeeming for free nights. So, your Tier level won't be affected.
I asked for a free night and it was refused. What was the reason?
• No room availability for the specific time period
• Account is inactive; reactivation requires another visit to one of our hotels.
Can I use my points to book a room for someone else?
Membership and points are for the sole use of the registered member and cannot be transferred or shared.
