Lovely staff, clean tidy modern surroundings. The food was nice and well presented. One area you could improve would be to have a designated cocktail bar. At times we had long waits at the bar due to the number of people ordering cocktails.

Wonderful Hotel, clean and nice decorated, great food, nice rooms, friendly staff - we felt always welcome. Thank you so much for our great holidays in your Hotel. We loves the daily jummy buffet, the cocktails (we booked al inclusive), relaxing on the beach on thick beach matress. It was perfect!

Wonderful stay , the room was clean and spacious , the view incredible . The hotel is huge , 2 private beaches , pools , an aqua park . 30 minutes walk from downtown agios Nikolaos . Lots of choices at the buffet. The staff was very nice and helpful when needed . We would have gladly stayed longer . Crete is amazing and agios nikolaos is a paradise !
